Imagine the end of the work week, It’s Friday afternoon and it’s been a long and arduous few days. Once you jump in your car and head home, you can already imagine that beautiful glass of Red Wine flowing into your mouth. With layers of flavor and many complexities, you enhance the experience with a nice gruyere cheese that makes you think: This is all I need to wind down!
With the many stresses in our everyday lives, we are here to give you a positive vibe and relax any anxieties we might experience. Just like sitting on the porch on a sultry Summer evening, with our feet propped up, the relaxing nature of Fine Wine is a similar experience. Furthermore, giving our senses the unltimate relief from the taxing events we deal with on a weekly basis.

Our tasting is simple and straightforward. We have these available with the tasting progressing from light bodied white wines to full bodied, deep Red wines that will complement the cuisine that our experts have paired accordingly.

We start with finger food as guests arrive and start to mingle”
Charcuterie Boards. This is a traditional selection that will include meats and cheeses from around the world. We offer Soppressata, Prosciutto, Capicola and Mortadella. This is complemented with Cheddar, Brie, Gouda and Havarti cheeses. All of our meats and cheeses will have a selection of seasonal fruit and mixed nuts to try. You will find that these items will showcase the nuances found in our Fine Wine and help whet your appetite for the courses to come throughout the Evening!
Appetizers/Starters. We will offer a salad for the second course and may have a simple bacon wrapped scallop to accompany a white wine with a lower alcohol content. A vinaigrette salad or a small caesar goes well with a pinot grigio!
Entrees. As our guest, you will traditionally have a choice between fish or beef. Salmon with a cream sauce is a nice partner to our whites. Prime Rib or Strip Steak is the best pairing to bring out the characteristics of a beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dessert. Finally we try to offer a pairing for those of you with that sweet tooth. Chocolate is historically a tasting note found in a lot of Red Wines, so we try to offer a chocolate confection that will accompany our Merlot with ease.
